now what?
how the hell im supposed to tell everyone the bad news when they've been looking forward to it the whole year?
how can i tell them that their morale booster and source of motivation just got wiped out in one day?
how can i tell them that their hard efforts of proving worthy just ended up the opposite way?

How would I answer MYSELF to THEM?
HOW CAN THIS UNIT CONTINUE TO FUNCTION?
If I dont get it, AT LEAST LET THEM HAVE IT! AT LEAST THEM!

Dont get me wrong. I do want to be their parade commander and be proud of commanding a team that's proven itself time and time again. But not like this. not this way. even my CIs are already so disappointed and all. There's no way I can bring everyone up like this.
