I just recently had a look at the Insititute-varsity-polytechnic (track and field) results for 2007 and I think to myself,


it's possible!


Track and field here I come! I honestly believe it can be done. Who knows if that life long dream will come true one day?

Anyway, my voice is sore after wednesday's training. Got to watch myself for Saturday!
